All orders are sent with the Dutch post.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Registered post with tracking number available upon request and will result in higher postage costs. Pick ups in Amsterdam are also possible.

For our direct neighboring countries we also have other shipping rates available from couriers as UPS or DPD that are likely costing less than the initial 12 euro shipping rate for Europe delivery. If applied, we will ship out the order with one of the available courier options instead and provide you a different looking tracking number comparing to what we normally would, note that this is not an error.
